Ilan Hall Cooks with Filipino Ingredients
Top Chef Season 2 winner, Ilan Hall, gave a cooking demo in Glorietta 5, Manila, Philippines. March 27, 2009. 6:00-7:00pm.
He used local ingredients and made a dessert: "Orange and Vanilla Soup with Mangoes, Bananas, and Bay Leaf Fritters" (the avocadoes weren't up to par and didn't make the recipe).
Alongside him, Top Chef Season 4 alumnia, Dale Talde, also was cooking (video of him to be uploaded soon as well).
