Watching Bobby Chinn for two hours was not a bore. It was like watching World Cafe live, plus his crazy crazy comments about everything on anything! He is such a bright man though. We even made faces! I'm good at that. We were like throwing crazy looks at each other for 10 seconds. Was he psyching me?
I even jotted down his Vietnamese dish recipe.
It was a blast! It was a starstruck experience with an international celebrity chef.
