3 cups All purpose Flour
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Brown Sugar packed
3/4 cup Liquid (1/2 cup water +1/4 cup evaporated Milk
1 pc egg
1/4 cup Oil
Sesame Seeds (hunga)
Oil for frying
 



Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and brown sugar. Make a well in the center and add the beaten egg, oil and liquid. Blend but so not over mix.
2. Form into balls. Dip in water. Roll in sesame seeds and roll again in palm of hands so seeds will stick to the ball. Arrange balls on lightly greased cookies sheets.
3. Fry in hot oil. Drain
4. Makes 30-35 pcs.
