1 pack ginisa seasoning mix or 1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp red cane vinegar or coconut vinegar
4tbsp soy sauce
black pepper to taste

The Chicken Adobo would be more delicious for me, if you will add a sugar, to neutralize the sour taste of the adobo.

I think the red cane vinegar replaced the sugar.
