Deep Fried Dilis

 Ingredients
Smelt (dilis, anchovies)
salt
pepper
flour
oil
lemon
 



Instructions
Rinse smelt with lemon and rinse with water. drain excess water and set aside. combine flour, salt and pepper.
cover dilis with mix flour and sift. Bring oil to 350F then drop smelt and wait for a few minutes before mixing it to let the flour stay. It's cook when you can see a few bubbles on oil.
