Quick Custard (Leche Flan)

 Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can ondensed milk (big)
6 eggs whole or 12 egg yolks
 



Instructions
Caramelize sugar in pan that fits the pressure cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients in bowl. Strain mixture into pan with caramelized sugar. Cover with tin foil and seal. Place in pressure cooker with water just enough to cover the rack. Pressure cook for 15 minutes. Let cool under faucet and remove from pressure cooker. Let cool and invert on serving dish.
