 Ingredients
1 bulb garlic, chopped
1 pc white onion, chopped
1 pc big ripe tomato
1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
½ kilo mussels, cleaned
½ kilo shrimps, cleaned
½ kilo squid, cleaned
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
3 pcs chili peppers
¼ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp bagoong
½ cup water
¼ kilo squash, cut into squares
¼ kilo string beans, cut into 2-inch lengths
¼ kilo okra, sliced
¼ kilo eggplant, sliced
¼ kilo ampalaya, sliced
1 pack Knorr Meaty Seasoning Mix

Instructions
For a pumped-up pinakbet, sauté garlic until golden brown. Then leave some bits on the pan, and set the rest aside. Next, sauté onions and tomatoes with the garlic left on the pan. Add Knorr Shrimp Cubes for that fresh seafood taste. Next, add all seafood and the chili peppers, Knorr Liquid Seasoning and peppers. On another pan, sauté onions, tomatoes, garlic and bagoong. Add water and squash and allow simmering. When the squash is tender, add string beans, okra, eggplant and ampalaya. Next, sprinkle Knorr Meaty Seasoning Mix to bring out the meaty aroma and flavor of your dish, then mix well. Combine the sautéed seafood and veggies, then sprinkle the fried garlic on top. There you have it! Your Seafood Pinakbet that is the star of any meal!

Cooking Diva Tip: Seafood and vegetables are a bit tricky as these can be overcooked easily. Sautéing them separately can help you manage cooking time and the bulk of ingredients. Just make sure to combine them afterwards, including the juices, so the flavors are well distributed
