 Ingredients
1 pc large squid, cleaned
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ground pepper
2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
˝ cup peanuts, chopped
˝ cup uncooked rice
3 cups water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pc medium onion, chopped
1 pc medium tomato, chopped
˝ cup raisins
1 pc medium carrot, chopped
2 pcs red bell peppers, chopped
1 sachet Knorr Meaty Seasoning Mix

Instructions
Begin your new masterpiece by marinating squid in soy sauce, ground pepper and Knorr Liquid Seasoning. In a pan, sauté peanuts until slightly brown, add the uncooked rice and water, and bring to a boil until the rice is cooked. In a separate pan, sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes until tender. Add raisins, carrots and red bell peppers. Slice the squid's tentacles then add this to the sauté mix. Add in peanut-rice mixture and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle this with the Knorr Meaty Seasoning Mix and ground pepper. Next, stuff squid with mixture, then fry the squid until perfectly done. Is this risotto in a squid? Maybe. But it’s definitely a hit!

Cooking Diva Tip: Raw peanuts are bitter and rubbery. Cooking it brings out its delicious flavor and crunchy feel. So be sure to cook it thoroughly with the rice so that the mixture will have that well-blended peanut flavor for a scrumptious dish!
