For a spectacular tinola, sauté garlic, onion and ginger in butter. Rub the chicken with salt then add this to the sauté mix. When chicken is slightly brown, add Knorr Chicken Cubes for that extra boost of chicken flavor. Add water then boil this until the chicken is cooked. Next, drop in papaya, and let it boil again until the papaya is tender. To make your dish aromatic, add lemongrass. Allow to boil again then take out lemongrass. Lastly, add asparagus, dahon ng sili, green chili pepper and spring onions. Just another meal of the usual tinola? Not this one!
Cooking Diva Tip: Asparagus isn’t the only veggie you can introduce to your tinola. Be adventurous and try mixing in new ingredients like squash or even broccoli!
